Maximize Your Results Are you concerned with what you weigh or more importantly, what the scale says? While weighing less may make your feel better, it has no indication as to if your weight loss was healthy or unhealthy. In other words, if your weight loss is primarily lean muscle, then this is bad. On the other hand, if your weight loss is primarily fat, then this is a good thing. At the beginning of every training periods or 90 day span we measure your lean body mass and fat mass ratios, which will determine your body fat percentage. This is the "measuring stick" that we use and it is the only way to know whether your results are healthy or not. TYPES OF TRAINING: Group Training Group Training is the next best thing to having a Personal Trainer and it comes with 75 minute sessions and a significant savings. Our next adult Group Training Sessions will be starting in June: Monthly Group Training Schedule: M W @ 9:00 AM Times are flexible depending on the group. T TH @ 9:00 AM Times are flexible depending on the group. These training sessions will be focusing on balance, agility, coordination and base strength. You will be educated on the secret to fat loss and we will monitor your results from the inside out. Base line measurements will be taken at the beginning and the end. The person with the best results, after 3 months is complete, will receive a 50% discount on their next package! For the best rate groups size needs to start at 5 and can go up to 15. Expect during your your session a circuit of stations each with a series of challenging sequential exercises and tasks to do. It's fun, challenging and like nothing you have ever done before. Training Policies: 1. Sessions are not transferable to other persons or other training periods in the future, but you will be able to use the sessions during other session times. In other words, if there is room, you can switch your time for that day. 2. AP Sports reserves the right to reschedule appointment times and days. 3. All rescheduled appointments will be honored at the next scheduled date and time only. 4. If you are not able to attend a particular training session, you will not be able to make that session up, unless approved by an Andy Parker Sports Representative. 5. No shows and late cancellations (Less than 24 hours) will result in loss of session. 6. Payments are due prior to that training period beginning. 7. Payments are non-refundable.
